Refund and Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Period We want you to be 100% satisfied with your cleats. You have 30 days after product collection to request a return, whether due to a defect or simply because you've changed your mind.

2. Product Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us by email at [boleirosimportss@gmail.com]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products: If the cleats arrive damaged or if we send the wrong size/model, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Customer Choice (Return/Size Exchange): If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (it didn't fit or you no longer want it), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds: After we receive and process your return, we will contact you. If you agree, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
